Terms of use
The deal,
in plain words
Last updated 27 September 2026
Who this is between
These terms are between you and Rai Boxing (“we”), established in the United Kingdom, and cover the Rai Boxing website, app and emails. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over.
- One account per person, in your own name, with an email address you control. Sign-in is by a link sent to that address; keep the address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- New accounts are let in one by one. Until yours is, you can fill in your profile and not much else. We can decline an account without giving a reason.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile. It really deletes.
What the app is, and is not
Rai Boxing gives you training plans, a clock, called rounds, a camera-based form check and challenge, and a coach you can ask questions. The plans are built by rules from what you tell us and what you do; the coach’s replies are written by an AI model with your training details in front of it.
It is not medical advice, not nutrition advice, and not a substitute for a coach in the room. The form check and the challenge scores are the app’s own measurements, made from a phone camera, and can be wrong. The coach can be wrong. Nothing in the app promises a result.
Training at your own risk
Boxing training is physical, and you do it on your own judgement. By using the app you confirm that you are fit to train, that you will stop if something hurts, and that you will see a doctor before starting if you have any reason to. If you take a knock to the head, or feel dizzy, sick or confused, stop and get medical help; the app will tell you the same and will not argue.
Sparring is only ever suggested to people who train with a coach in the room, and then only as something to arrange with that coach. Never spar because software suggested it.
Using it properly
Do not:
- use the app to harm, harass or deceive anyone, including in what you share or the comments you leave;
- share workouts, photos or comments that are not yours to share, or that are unlawful, abusive or explicit;
- try to get into anyone else's account, or into parts of the service that are not yours;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the app, its drills, its workouts or its film;
- use the app for anything unlawful.
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
What you share
A workout you share, and any photo or comment on it, is public to anyone with the link and shown on your public page. It stays yours. You give us permission to show it in the app, which is the whole point of sharing, and you can remove it at any time. Everything else in your account is private to you and to us.
Our content
The app, its drills, workouts, wording, film, marks and design belong to us or to the people who let us use them. You may use them in the app for your own training. You may not copy or republish them.
Paying
Parts of the app may be offered on a paid subscription. When they are, the price, what it includes and how often it renews will be shown before you pay, and payment is taken by Stripe. A subscription renews until you cancel it; cancel any time from your account and it runs to the end of the period already paid for. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to cancel a distance contract within fourteen days, are not affected by anything here.
Changes and ending
We can change the app, add or remove features, and change these terms. If a change to the terms matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect; carrying on after that is agreeing. You can end this agreement by deleting your account. We can end it by closing your account for breaking these terms, or by withdrawing the service with reasonable notice.
Our liability
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from training decisions you make, from measurements the app gets wrong, or from advice the coach gives, except where the loss is caused by our negligence or the law says we cannot exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Our total liability to you for anything else is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in. If part of these terms is found not to apply, the rest still does. Our privacy policy and cookie page are part of the deal. Questions to support@raiboxing.com.
